As a parent of course we want to make our children healthier , strong and intelligent . One of the main efforts we can do is encourage our children to exercise regularly . With doing some sports our children will be healthier in both mind and thoughts. Here are some exercises that I recommend for you:
We Can't be denied if swimming is the best sport for our children. This sport is able to move all the muscles of the human body. Swim has tremendous benefits such as being able to burn calories, preventing stress and minimal injury risk, a study shows that swimming can improve cardiovascular endurance , muscular strength and body endurance .
This exercise is excellent to prevent any human spinal problems. Additionally harmony of horse movement in jumping and running will result in the entire body, both skeleton, muscles, nervous system, and etc will be stimulated optimally to become healthier. Horse galloping movement is also very beneficial for eye health because movement can stimulate the cranial nerve that serves to make the eyes brighter .
Archery is an activity that requires focus and concentration. Archery also requires a balance of the body, the ability to read the wind direction and control emotions better. When we draw arrows from his bow, then we need good muscle strength. This sport was remarkable, because combining the muscular strength and mental as well .
Wrestling or other martial arts such as tae kwon do or karate is a good exercise to train the courage and self-confidence of children. Besides this sport also requires emotional resilience and patience. Most martial arts that exist in the world has a certain philosophy, which would be expected to be used on the road a favor and take action to prevent crime and vanity .
